"It was good hotel to stay over after landing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue is the DiDi hailing wait area is far from the hotel lobby. We took a taxi instead."

"浦東空港から近くシャトルバスも出ているため早朝便を予約されている方は大変便利です。"

"I loved the traditional architecture of this hotel which stands out from the rest. Ambience is very relaxing and fits in nicely with the traditional vibe of Suzhou, it has a lovely garden to stroll in and even interesting cultural artifacts on display around the corridors. Staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is also very clean, comfortable and spacious. But the taste of the food at breakfast and the noodle restaurant weren't the best."

"Great location. Clean room. Sufficient amenities."

"The staff were very kind and helpful. The flyer room was too small and did not have sufficient lighting."
