Good hotel with great location, easy access to almost everywhere, 5 mins walk to JR, Metro, and Monorail Tokyo. Cost around 8000 Yen by taxi to this hotel to Haneda airport. Room are relatively small but its amenities and room facilities are good.

酒店位置十分方便，距離JR濱松町站約五分鐘路程，附近有餐廳及便利店，解決一切需要。 酒店位處商廈附近，晚上較為寧靜，易於入睡。 這一次行程我的航班由羽田機場出發，酒店去濱松町Monorail站同樣只需五分鐘路程，然後搭二十分鐘便到達機場，十分方便。

The room layout was perfect for our family of four. Four large “twin” beds (more like full size from the US std)… separate shower and toilet… lots of space. Location was perfect. Local trains and airport trains. Nice walk to Tokyo tower. 7/11 around the corner. Nice noodle shop right next to 7/11. Lots of nice touches for the hotel! Book with confidence

The hotel itself is good and the location is great with 2 train stations within a few minutes walk. There are numerous kombinis nearby (Lawson, Family Mart, 7/11). We stayed in a Hollywood twin which had an ok amount of space for a room in Japan. The hotel doesn’t offer daily cleaning which is the same as most hotels in Japan now, due to environmental policies. The room had a form of air con however it is centrally controlled and at some times was blasting hot air. We did have a window in the room we could open a bit but it was a bit of an oven at certain times and really uncomfortable. You can put your rubbish outside your door for collection or bath towels but you don’t get replacements, like at other hotels who hang a replenishment bag on your door handle for you to take into the room. Cleaning staff are lovely. We asked for new bath towels at the reception but the staff gave us hand towels. Japanese staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful, European staff members weren’t and were unhelpful at check-in where they just assumed we knew what to press on the self check-in screen and hiw to sort our own room key. They were quite patronising when they did show us what to do. One lift in the hotel which is fine for quiet times but if you need to use it to get up or down in the hotel quickly at busy times you’re stuck. One washer and one dryer at the hotel which smelled quite damp. Roof terrace does have some great views of the city and Tokyo Tower.

Our second time staying at this hotel. Rooms still feel clean and well-maintained, with strong water pressure from rainshower. We enjoy the well-equipped and cosy lobby, good for enjoying food/drinks any time or for freshening up before/after check out. Reducing a star as the new policy does not allow guests to pay to extend check-out hours, which makes the 10am checkout timing seem really restrictive.

親切で助けてくれるスタッフがいます。ドラッグストア、レストラン、コンビニエンスストアの近くにあります。 唯一の難点は、トイレとシャワーが同じ部屋にあり、すりガラスのスライドドアで仕切られていることです。4人の友人で滞在するには、もう少しプライバシーが欲しいと感じました。 部屋のスツールには汚れがついていましたが、それ以外は部屋は清潔でした。 スタッフは、チェックアウト後に友人の荷物を数時間預かってくれました。最近はこうしたサービスが難しくなっている宿も多いので、利用者がこの親切を悪用しないことを願っています。 Kind and helpful staff. Located close to drugstores, restaurants, and Convenience stores. Only downfall is the toilet and shower are in the same room which is separated by a fog glass sliding door. Not ideal for 4 friends who want more privacy than that. The stool in the room had stains all around it. Other wise the room was clean. The staff let our friend store their luggage for a few hours after check out. I hope people don’t abuse this as a lot of places aren’t able to do this anymore.

Awful experience. Do not waste your time and money at this property. The photos are taken very close up to disguise what this place really looks like. Completely does not match what we saw in images. Amenities are blocked off for staff use only, vending machine is malfunctioning (takes your money and doesn’t dispense anything), laundry room is not a room, it’s a single machine.. behind a pillar… IN the lobby which is already tiny and PACKED with other people held luggage. Check In machines don’t work. Our check in took 40 minutes or more. We stayed at 4 other hotels and took no longer than 5 min for check in. We booked another hotel and decided to leave this one, staff was EXTREMELY rude and started an argument about our “preferences” for another hotel, rather than owning up to the obvious issues this hotel has.

Das Hotel liegt in perfekter Fußnähe zur Station "Daimon", von der aus man eine sehr gute Anbindung an ganz Tokyo hat. Die Station ist in nicht mal 5 Minuten erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es eine riesige Anzahl an Supermärkten (7 Eleven, Familymart, Lawson) in unmittelbarer Nähe, genauso wie eine extrem große Anzahl an Restaurants, die wirklich alle super lecker sind (zumindest die sieben, die wir dort probiert haben. :)) Der Check In hat problemlos funktioniert und die Hotelangestellten waren hilfreich und sehr freundlich. Das Housekeeping ist alle 4 Tage, was für uns persönlich voll und ganz ausreichend war. Sollte man neue Sachen, wie zb Handtücher, benötigen, so kann man ganz einfach beim Personal anfragen und bekommt diese auch. Handtücher, sowie ein Föhn und Duschzeug, Zahnbürste etc wurden vom Hotel gestellt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und modern, eine Klimaanlage war vorhanden. Die Dusche war sehr schön und geräumig. Einziger Kritikpunkt: ein Schrank o.ä. wäre perfekt gewesen, so musste man schauen, dass man die Koffer am besten aufeinander stapelt. Es hat aber auch mit 4 Koffern pronlemlos funktioniert. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Lobby und eine Dachterrasse, die man benutzen kann. Die Dachterrasse bietet eine super Aussicht auf die Umgebung und man kann den Toyko Tower super sehen. Dieser ist ebenfalls ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel aus erreichbar. Das Parken und das Essen kann ich nicht beurteilen, da wir dies beides nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Es war sehr schön!

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The rooms are a little small, but functional layout. The rain shower is amazing. They have a shared kitchen on the main floor which is great. Staff are great as well. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel, very good location , close to subway and train station. Clean room, very quiet place, very polite staff. Nice view from rooftop, free coffee and tea.

Convenient and Comfortable

Great stay! The hotel was a short walk from the train station and surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Loved the free amenities in the lobby, clean and well-equipped room (hair dryer, iron, shoe dryer), and the spacious bathroom with double sinks and a separate toilet. Having a washer/dryer on our floor was so convenient. Perfect for our family— we’d stay here again!
