El departamento está chiquito pero muy bonito. Muy fácil hacer el check in y check out. Definitivamente lo recomiendo para una pareja. Nosotros éramos 3 y si estábamos un poco apretados porque llevábamos maletas grandes.

Property location was great, easy access to train stations and shopping areas. Property area quiet and safe. Room condition was excellent; however, for longer stay the bed/mattress not the greatest, it can cause back pain and discomfort. Also make sure the check in details are provided ahead of your arrival, specially after hours. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend it.

Excellent value for a comfortable and very clean small apartment. The hotel functions without any human interaction, and as everything was working perfectly, we didn't miss it. Location is SUPER quiet, and a short walk to the Asakusa Line, so one subway ride to either airport and downtown Tokyo. Definitely will return next time.

It was average. Room was an ok size for one person any more would’ve been tight. The floor in my room was coming up and there was a hole in the closet door. The shower head was screwed in outside the shower instead of actually in the tub so you could only shower by holding the shower head. There was a free washer and dryer which was very convenient. The walls were rather thin so you could hear people above, below and to the side of you to some extent. This may be on Expedia byt upon arrival I was never sent any check in information so I had to call the property to get the code to enter. The area was very quiet but it is only a 20 minute walk to ueno, asasuka and akhiabara. The train and lawsons/711 are about a 5 minute walk. If you are looking for simple place to stay with nothing too fancy this place does the job. I was out most of the time exploring so this fit my needs fine.

New, nice, but not ideal location
Apartment is new and is really nice, but the nearest metros are all about a 10min walk which can feel a bit far. The room is a bit tight, so for 3 adults it can feel a bit cramped. Not really any food options nearby, but there is a supermarket really close by that is open 24hrs.

缺點是距離地鐵有點遠，每天步行後要返回住處真的又要一段距離，考驗意志力。 整體下來非常滿意，除了環境、在地超市、體驗生活，真的很適合多天居住的人選擇。可以到附近超市買菜回來煮。 唯一要提的不知是不是透過這個系統訂房，還是業主回復慢，得到答案的速度超慢或是沒回復到，一直到真的入住時才安心，在這之前很怕到了放空城。

Bra familje hotel för par och vuxna barn.
Väldigt lungt område. Passar bra till par eller familj med äldre barn. Många skyltar om att vara tyst eller inte störa grannar. För våran del va det inga problem men kan varasvårt om man har småbarn som vill leka. Bra Wi-Fi och allt fanns som man önskar sig.

A great stay!
The hotel was great! Very friendly staff, convenient location. A short walk to multiple train stations, convenience stores and Okachimachi Station shopping street. Very quiet and peaceful area. Highly recommended. If you don't speak or can't read Japanese and can't figure out the hot water for the shower/bath, there's a temperature control thermostat for the water on the wall. You can adjust the water temp in celcius and how many liters to heat from there. Hope that helps!

I wanted someplace to serve as a "home away from home" for a stay in Tokyo away from the high-traffice areas, and I was completely satisfied with my stay here! Every amenity I needed, the laundry is even in the room/unit, and with the hot plate, water kettle, and rice maker basically every essential was available. Very happy with my stay here and if I ever have the opportunity to return to Tokyo, this is my first choice of place to stay again!

ห้องกว้างมาก เมื่อเทียบกับที่พีกในเขตใกล้ๆกัน สิ่งอพนวยความสะดวกครบ มีครัว เครื่องซักผ้า เครื่องเูดฝุ่น เตารีด มีทุกอย่างเหมือนคอนโด เดินจากสถานีรถไฟฟ้าประมาณ 500เมตร ใกล้ๆมีร้านสะดวกซื้อ 24ชม สะดวกทุกอย่างค่ะ ถ้ามาญี่ปุ่นอีก จะพักที่นี่แน่นอน 😁

離車站有點遠，要到離比較旺盛的區域大概要走20分鐘。 位於住宅安靜區，很安靜舒服的，但是人流十分少人，而且因太過安靜 一個女生的話要小心安全！ 另外沒有拖鞋、漱口杯、牙齒牙膏，需自備喔～
