We had the most wonderful stay here. A stunning hotel, and the onsen was incredible. The staff were so lovely. Would come back in an instant!

Beautiful aesthetics and very traditional Ryokan. As soon as you step your foot in they will make you feel very special. Property is very well kept as it was clean and remodeled. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Private hot bath was also a very nice experience and the Japanese breakfast was beautiful and tasty. 5/5 highly recommended.

번화가에서 도보 10분 정도이고 바로 앞에 세븐 일레븐이 있어서 매우 편리했습니다. 유일한 단점은 방에 먼지가 많다는 것입니다.

每次來東京都會入住，一切還是保持水準，只是房間裡地板和櫃身有污跡，如果房間裡加保險箱和電視加Netflix ， YouTube…會更好

在繁榮新宿一個寧靜的地方，溫泉很棒，櫃檯人員英文流利，唯一缺點離車站有點距離，還有需要小爬坡，除此之外都很棒。

The rooftop Onsen was the perfect way to end my stay in Tokyo. Rooms are small but clean, and the bed was comfortable. Was glad to see they had water stations on multiple floors. It is a short walk away from the most lively part of shinjuku, which made it feel a little more relaxing. About a 10 minute walk from the nearest subway line, and about 17 minutes from Shinjuku Station.

Een heel mooi, traditioneel hotel. We werden heel warm onthaald en alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig in het hotel. Het onsen bevindt zich op het bovenste verdiep dat je ook uitzicht geeft over Tokyo. Wij komen hier zeker terug bij onze volgende reis.

Loved staying at Yuen Onsen Shinjuku. Cleanliness of facilities are great. Onsen on top of hotel is nice to have.

As soon as you walk in, you begin to feel relaxed, which I’ve loved! It’s very neat and tidy, decorated in a minimalistic way, yet every amenity that you might think of is available to you, onsen is located on the 18th floor and has great view over Tokyo they allow you to use it even if you’ve got tattoos. The only downside was that the mixture of small room size, low ceiling and the walls/ceiling colour choice can actually make you feel claustrophobic…and the breakfast was not very tasty😬 besides that, I was very happy! I could,even say ‘impressed’

A walkable distance to subway lines and the Shinjuku business area. There are several convenience stores around. All the staff we met are very friendly. We especially enjoy the hot spring on the top floor. It's a satisfying experience staying here.

Twin rooms are really small for 2 people. Even by typical Tokyo standard. At least 10 minutes walk to all Metro/JR stations.

On the edge of Shinjuku busy area. Good thing about this is it is quiet compares to the crowds and unsafe in Shinjuku 歌舞伎町 area. Then a little walk from the train / subway stations about 15 mins is needed everyday. I would still count it convenient. 7-11 and Family Mart just across from the facility. And 5mins walk, there is a York food supermarket, price is good. Hotel is very welcome and comfortable. Onsen at the top floor that I used every morning. Hotel staffs are super helpful and polite, this includes the front desk and cleaning staff. Definitely will stay again.
