It’s an affordable accommodation ideal for those looking for a quiet and quick place to stay. The checkin is done electronically and without staff: it may be a little confusing at first but their instruction guide is clear and helpful. They also have umbrellas at the entrance for you to freely rent. You simply take an umbrella and they trust you to return it. For taking a hot shower, make sure the boiler is turned on (there are instructions). You might have to wait a little to use hot water if you just turned it on. Even once the boiler has been on for a while, when turning the knob for hot water, we had to let it run for 10-15 seconds before hot water came out. Overall, if you looking to save money on accommodations, i think it’s a good place!

Spacious accommodation with microwave, kitchen, seperate bathroom and toilet as well as a smal balcony. Mikawashima station is around 5 minutes walking away, trains going there every 10 minutes towards Nippori where you can change to the circle line and reach any part of Tokyo easy. The building next door is a big supermarket! We got our dinner there a couple of times! Very convenient! 7 eleven and Lawson are in the same street too! There's no staff at the front desk but there's a phone number provided to call if you have questions and a notebook to note any special wishes you have! We also shortened our booked stay by 4 days. I contacted Expedia support a month before arrival at the hotel, they told me i just need to tell the staff there and once i did i got a refound for the unused days the next day! Would stay there again!

這次旅遊的住宿體驗太棒了,房間整體超滿意,唯一美中不足是自助check in時因系統有問題輸入訂房名或預約編號都失敗,還好遇到日本人借用手機打客服直接提供房號及pin才可入住,浪費了快1小時,不然就是完美的。

6時にチェックインしましたがフロントに男性がいました。 部屋は広かったのですがソファーのシミが気になりました。 2階の部屋でスタッフ専用の部屋の近くだったので出来れば別の階が良かったです。 ベッドやバス、トイレは清潔でした。 便座が冷たかったです。 最寄駅は三河島駅で徒歩5分と便利です。 ホテルのそばにマルエツがあり10時までやってます。 焼き鳥屋、焼き肉屋もあり便利です。 銭湯もたくさんあります。

Good facilities with a good price. The neighborhood is not loud, and feels safe at night. We had a small problem in our unit, but ot was quickly fixed within the day. I appreciate how hard the staff work, and quickly too.

マンションがそのまま宿泊施設になっているため、広めのキッチン、洗面所があり、洗濯機も室内にありました。バス・トイレが別になっており、水回りは比較的、綺麗に清掃されておりましたが、冷蔵庫の中や、常備されている食器や鍋が汚れていたりしていたのは残念でした。冷蔵庫が古めで、パッキンが痛んでおり、油断すると扉が開いてしまうので、注意して扉を閉める必要がありました。宿泊施設においては、冷蔵庫の設置は必然かと思われますので、ちゃんとしたものを設置していただきたかったです。 1週間ほど滞在で、ホテルのようにお部屋の清掃をお願いできないため、掃除機をお借りして掃除をしましたが、その掃除機はゴミを全く吸わず、お借りした意味がありませんでしたので、結局、自分でフロアワイパーを購入して掃除をしました。チェックインの際には、床は綺麗に清掃されていたため、その時には気が付かなかったのですが、窓の桟が埃だらけで、流石にちょっと引きました。 それぞれのベッドルームにエアコンが1台ずつありましたが、和室にあったエアコンは、上蓋が外れかかっていて、それをガムテープで留めてあったため、使用しませんでした。幸いにも、隣の部屋のエアコンが良く効いたのと、それほど寒くなかったので、問題ありませんでした。 4人部屋での滞在で、もう少し広いスペースを期待したのですが、6畳二部屋のそれぞれにベッドが2台ずつ設置されており、スーツケースを広げるスペースに困りました。 洋服をかけるためのクローゼットがなく、ポールハンガーにプラスチックのハンガーがあるだけだったので、滞在時の洋服の収納に困りました。 フロントスタッフが常駐していないため、アメニティ(トイレットペーパーやティッシュなど)を、メールなどでお願いしたのですが、一回目は補充していただけたものの、二回目にお願いした際には、補充していただけず、自分で購入したものを使用し、非常に残念な気持ちになりました。 ロケーションはJRの三河島駅と京成線の新三河島駅に近いのですが、どちらもメジャーな駅ではなく、東京の様々な場所へ行くためには、乗り継ぎが必須になります。利用が便利な東京メトロの町屋駅、または西日暮里駅へは、いずれも徒歩15分程度かかるため、少々便利な場所とは言い難いです。 朝9時から夜10時まで開いているスーパーマルエツがすぐそばにあって、食材の調達に重宝しましたが、24時間営業のコンビニには少し歩かなければならなかったので、不便に感じました。 トラブルがあった際のスタッフの方々の対応は親切で、丁寧でした。 良い滞在かと言われると、返答に困る感じではあります。メンテナンスに関して、今後の改善を期待したいと思います。

1. Street noise was too loud - windows were not double glazed. Made sleeping in the early hours of the morning hard. 2. Small double bed with an even smaller duvet. Woke up several few times each night either cold or over the bed edge. Only the one small duvet supplied. 3. No chairs in any room - only a small bench and two small footstools for the table in the kitchen.

No wifi in any room. Only the front lobby has it
It claimed guest will have free wifi. The fact is that we dont get wifi in our room on 2nd floor. I have to come to the front desk to get good signal for wifi. They must upgrade wifi router to mesh wifi6 with multiple satellites to provide good wifi access to every room on any floors

Firstly, there was an apparent lack of staff available to assist guests. Throughout my stay, I found myself in need of basic hotel services, yet there was no one available to provide assistance. Repeated attempts to call the front desk resulted in no response, leaving me feeling neglected and frustrated. Furthermore, the checkout experience was particularly distressing. On the morning of my departure, scheduled for 10:00 AM as per hotel policy, I was shocked when the cleaning staff entered my room at 10:20 AM without prior notice or consent. This intrusion was not only a breach of privacy but also caused considerable discomfort and inconvenience as I was still preparing to vacate the room. Compounding this issue was the language barrier with the cleaning staff, who did not speak English. This made communication impossible and led to a misunderstanding wherein the staff member insisted on payment before leaving the room, despite the room charges being settled previously. This demand for payment was unwarranted and highly unprofessional, contributing to an already stressful situation.

クラッシクマンションホテルですね。
自宅と同じ雰囲気を感じる施設でした。35年くらい前の2DKのマンションを想定したクラッシックマンションホテルだと理解しました。メンテナンス状態も、自宅と変わらない感じがしました。

Staying here was a bad experience that ruin our trip. Don't ask for the cleanliness, there is a dust everywhere especially the air filter and the bedroom carpet. If you are allergic or sensitive to dust, this place is your nightmare. There is no soundproof in your room and since the hotel is located beside street, you will hear the sound coming through your room all night. Although it is a renovated hotel, but it just a partial renovated. Almost the facilities are in old shape such as microwave, refrigerator, air-condition, stove. You can see the all the scratch everywhere in the room. What the worse is how unprofessional of the staff for solving guest's problem. We unfortunately get the room that the door lock was not function. During our stay, it was so so hard to contact the hotel. No one answer any phone numbers they provided, No staff at the hotel. As for the e-mail, there is no respond from the address the hotel provided, I have to find others hotel address and send to all of them so, I can get a response back. Well, the reason that we chose this hotel from the first is the location that within walking range and the bus nearby with the local supermarket located beside. For my foreigner friends, I warn you with care, it will be a fine place if you lucky enough to get a clean room without any broken facilities (like those positive comments) but if you think your are an unlucky person like me. Don't trade your experience just for saving some budget. It's not worth.

The hotel is located 10 mins walk to Machiya subway station or 5 mins walk to JR Mikawashima station or KS (Keisi) Shim-Mikawashima station and is also easy access to/from Narita airport via Skyliner. The unit is a bit old and has musty smell especially in the closet and cabinet The front desk staff is only available upon call or message in advance and the staff is helpful and accommodatable.

This property is basically an apartment that someone is not using and is renting it out. Pros: 1) Clean. 2) It has things that are in a typical apartment, including a smart TV, except the iron for ironing cloth. Talked to the service person, and the person basically gave an empty promise of letting me borrowing an iron next day 3) Easy checkin. Cons: 1) Not easy to get serviced. Not sure how you even get new towels, etc. 2) Booked for three people, but the bed is for TWO and is only two pillows given! 3) A bit run down of a place.
