Hotel Niwa Tokyo
The best hotel we stayed at during our trip. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel room was spotless, and the amenities were great. On top of that, the breakfast selection was amazing - we tried the buffet (10/10) and the Japanese breakfast (10/10).

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
I was concerned that the room may be too small (superior twin), but as a 6ft 5" person, the bed was a good size and the room itself was cosy, with plenty of room for luggage for two of us. Great spot, would use this hotel again.
