The roof deck was also fantastic for viewing the lights at Tokyo Skytree at night. The staff at the hotel were all lovely and incredibly helpful. "We were so close to Sky Tree, which made it very convenient for shopping, restaurants and train access. Check in and check out was super easy. The hosts communicated well. I also needed a very last minute late check out which they accommodated for a small fee. I was so grateful. I loved the chordless iron! The premises itself is fit for purpose, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Drying washing took some creativity…but with four adults we kept on top of it. "

"The property is very close to the landmark Skytree and there's several great shopping malls for groceries supply and some nice fashion brand. Transportation nearby is convenient. We enjoyed the cleanliness and the facilities in this property. The apartment is nicely decorated. Muffle noises from upstairs and next door in mid night is a bit disturbing due to the thin wall separation. And there's quite a heavy drain smell coming out from the washing machine corner. "
