"Booked a room that was falsely advertised for 3 people but was a double bedroom. They were kind enough to provide us with an extra bed no questions asked"

"The property was very run down . The facilities were badly looked after, if not non existent. The food was very average. The drinks were extremely overpriced. The hotel was much too expensive for what was on offer. We were expecting a spa hotel, and it definitely wasn’t. Very disappointed."

"Very helpful staff. Nice to have a hotel with a pool although didnt have time to use it unfortunately. Bed was very soft which some may not mind but we found the mattress uncomfortable and very hot in the room so hardly any sleep. Other than that it was all good for a short stay and friendly staff."

"Unfortunately, no A/C in room, which is not unusual, but on a very hot day for England, the bathroom towel racks were in full heat and almost boiling. Neither we nor the hotel manager could shut them off. One single fan provided little/no relief and room temp was + 30c degrees and never got to a comfortable temp overnight.
