"The room was clean and what I expected. The wifi kind of worked the first day then not at all."

"Location was perfect for a conference we attended in Lowell. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was friendly and was able to fix a shower handle problem promptly. Property was clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and amenities were good. A/C unit seemed to be either working too cold or not cool enough although we didn’t address the issue with front desk as we spent very little amount of time in the room during our stay. "My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Groton Inn. After an unfortunate experience at another hotel nearby, the Groton Inn truly saved the day, and I’m so glad we found it. The property is absolutely beautiful. The landscaping is immaculate, the architecture is charming, and the entire atmosphere is warm, relaxing, and welcoming. "I booked a 2 bed room when which was not available when I arrived. I then asked for a kingsize bed room, was given a queen bed. The room had cabinet doors missing in the bathroom. The vending machine malfunctioned and did not provide a water that was purchased and staff indicated that I had to contact the vending machine for a refund... They should deal with the vending company, not the guests."
