No bar and no restaurant (except for breakfast) but honestly you don’t need those when in this area - there are so many eateries and drinking establishments in the vicinity. The rooms are very large and spacious with good showers - absolutely fine hotel in a great location. Not luxury but very comfortable- would stay again. "

The kitchen facilities were more than we expected as we ate in most of the fime after busy days. The location is top notch for St. KILDA beaching and getting to the aussie open tennis.
