"The hotel was in disrepair. Outdoor trash cans overflowing. Dirty concrete and steps outside. Room was dirty. Wallpaper peeling in the bathroom, chipped sink and counter. Loose bathroom tiles. It was overall very old and worn out. One outlet socket cover was melted and burned. Parking lot was unkept. Trash in garden areas. Weeds growing through concrete. Abandoned parking attendant booths in disrepair. The old pool door was open and was being used for storage of old furniture, an entire empty...

"Horrible company. Staff refused to help us, talk or explain why we were told late arrival was ok but they closed prior to what they had said. Couldn’t contact anyone. Then we were told they would refund our money but they just wanted to get us off the phone. We were stranded and they were there on site ZERO help. Do not go here they will steal your money. "
