"The beds are terrible , paid for a queen bed and got a double"

"The room was nice and well-kept, but the pipe upstairs was very loud whenever anyone took a shower at night. Not many food choices for the complementary breakfast but overall not a bad stay."

"They don’t have curtains covering window. The curtains covers the wall. Window had a sheer curtain. Light from parking lot lit up the room all night. We had a horrible night sleep and the sunrise lit the room up even more by 5 am. We were exhausted and had a long day of travel ahead of us. We booked this room to be close to airport and to get more sleep. We got no sleep so we’ll stay home next time and drive to airport the day of travel. I’ll never stay at that doubletree Hilton again. "This place will charge you for everything, complimentary breakfast was not complimentary. They gave you a voucher and then you paid the difference. I paid almost 1K for just two nights."

"Overall its a hood place to stay. Its not extremely easy to find for where its situated but it isnt the hotel fault but SF and its narrow and confusing streets. But otherwise its ok. Self parking for $25 is not included but I guess standard in SF."
