"Nice place "

"Overall a good stay. Friendly staff. Free dinner drinks and breakfast is a huge plus. The only downside is how packed it was. Making things like the hot tub almost unusable even at 9pm at night. Our second night we got our dinner and had no place to sit and eat. Overall would stay again just for the quality of the rooms, friendly staff and amenities. The pros out weigh the cons. Room was clean and you could see the Rocket center."

"Dirty hallways floors-3rd floor hallway ceiling was missing 2 panels all 10 days, workman brought me a remote for the tv that still was out for 10 days, The key lock failed for 4 days ! Heard a real gun shot in the parking lot & called 911 ! A depressing experience. I won’t stay here again. "

"we ended up getting a refund. The pool was locked. I had booked a couple of days so we can enjoy a nice vacation in the sun online. It showed only the pool and how beautiful it was and when we got there, they had a padlock on it and would not even give us a chair to sit out in the sun with, but they did refund money on the room so we could find another room in the area to enjoy our weekend"

"We enjoyed our stay and the location of the hotel. The room and amenities were excellent. The staff was friendly and inviting. The only small critique would be the hallway and patio area could use a little attention for cleanliness, but other than that we were very happy and will seek this hotel out again whenever we arein town."
