"The room was dirty and the on site "Manager" was unprofessional. She finally gave me a new room and it was dirtier than the first. When I tried to call, T. stopped answering the phone. I went shopping for cleaning supplies and cleaned my room for my family. The next morning, T. was rude and had an attitude when asked about her lack of attentiveness. Terrible hotel experience"

"Mirror was broke, blow dryer had sticky substance on it, bath tub bar was missing, something on sheets and water kept dripping in the bathroom. And continental breakfast was packaged choclate chip muffins and an apple or orange. Oh and they told us we do have people staying here they just dont have cars, which freaked us out. We asked if they were open because no cars in parking lot."

"When we travel we always look for drury hotel chain since they have many of the amenities that are important to us - for instance the hot breakfast, the available coffee/tea 24/7, the kickback hour with popcorn and complimentary alcohol beverage, and the hot tub (and large pools)! This is one of the very few chain hotels that offer a hot tub! The staff is always helpful, courteous, and friendly. We stayed at an incredible 2 queen suite that felt more like an apartment of our own."
