"The hotel is in need of major updates. The cleaning of the bathroom is not acceptable. The mini fridge doesn't get cold. There is no microwave in the rooms. The wifi only works in the lobby. All the walls needs to be painted. I had to get a room change because mold was on the shower ceiling and wall. The toilets are not cleaned with bleach. And the towels and robes aren't washed with bleach either. The shower and sink the water went down slow. So the shower and sinks filled with water. And the lights and air conditioner only stay on if you have the keycard in the slot on the wall. The owner needs to put some money into this property and do the updates needed. It was the poorest hotel I have stayed at in quite some time."

"everything was so good except for the risk of location it is too far from the tourist attractions, souvenir shops and even airport. taxi cost grab 200-300 plus 75$ thai baht toll fee thai and even if you tried train to the hotel will cost you much. transpo for round trip will cost you 500-800$ thaibaht. no other way but to rip you money. "

"Would definitely come back here if we needed a hotel close by the airport. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was not bad considering we arrived early before 5am due to jet lag. The options they had were good for our party of 5. It’s too bad we couldn’t eat lunch at the restaurant because it was reserved for a big group. Also, the complimentary airport shuttle was very convenient since it’s hard to get a grab for a decent rate for our party size. The rooms were spacious and everyone enjoyed their sleep and showers. Thank you again to the kind staff from the front desk, restaurant, bar, shuttle drivers, and even the attached massage spa downstairs."

"It's a vast hotel. On arrival there weren't many check in staff available. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is huge. Shuttle bus is frequent but I wasn't made aware of where it picks you up in the arrivals terminal. Served it's purpose."
