"Lovely room and very helpful staff. Location was very good in that it was close to downtown for easy access but not in an overly busy area or heavy with traffic. We were surprised when we arrived that the “on site” included parking referred to street parking but it did not turn out to be an issue. "We really appreciated having a mini fridge in the room. It was stocked with fresh milk a glass bottles of ice water. There was a large selection of teas and instant coffee. We had a huge room with a king bed. Our early morning tour departures prevented us from partaking of the breakfast. We enjoyed the yummy biscuits that were with the tea things. The location made it very easy to walk to restaurants and shops. There are many excellent restaurants nearby."

"Hotel is not the best . In fact for similar price you can find much better hotels . I asked for half an hour late check out but receptionist adamant I have to check out at 11 o’clock. The room service simply covered the sheets and no more . No new towels . Noise is terrible , probably is the nature of the hotel . In short I do not recommend this hotel"
