"Staff was friendly and efficient for the duration of our stay. The room was exceptionally clean and inviting with modern decor and technology. Parking can be difficult, but the lot Nextdoor was available when we arrived and was reasonably priced. The food in the restaurant was very tasty as well."

"Great location and facilities, the gym especially. Bed very comfortable and good quality toiletries. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was limited (would have been nice to eat together with family in other rooms rather than have the same delivery each morning) and would have made more use of the bar had it been open for a nightcap. "Amazing service from the moment we parked. The Valet service was great and Norbert at the Desk provided exceptional service. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel special with some simple gestures (like a late checkout). This gave us the opportunity to experience an amazing brunch the next day at Kost - the rooftop restaurant. The only suggestion that I have is to plan your exit/entry from the hotel during non-busy times for the restaurants - the demand for the brunch...

"Rooms were clean. A little dated. Outside noise notice during the night, not sure what hotel could do about that though. The buffet breakfast was ok, could be better. Hash browns taste a little stale, bacon would be better pan cook not deep fried. Fresh waffles not frozen eggs waffles."

"The front desk staff (I dealt with Paul mostly) were absolutely lovely. Very friendly and personable. They remembered me as I walked through the lobby at various points. Our check in was late because our room wasn't quite ready yet (it happens) and I don't think the AC was working in our room which made for a semi uncomfortable night but otherwise our stay was great."
