"Had a very good stay at the Union Hotel. Very clean, staff were very friendly and an excellent location. The rooms are very small but I was aware prior from other reviews. Bed as comfortable. We weren’t spending a lot of time lounging in our room. Would definitely stay again."

"It took us 40 minutes from the time we collected our keys to reach our room because of how many people there were checking in at the same time and how slow the elevators are. The sink did not drain properly and it had an unpleasant smell. Getting in and out of the building was consistently slow, and we had to plan for about an hour just to leave the building because of the elevator situation. "L'hébergement est bien situé et accessible avec le métro et le Tramway. Chambre propre il y avait des serviettes et champoin et savon disponibles.
Le personnel est accueillant et serviable surtout en cuisine. On devrait avoir un endroit aux étages où on peut avoir de la glace pour l'eau et les boissons.
Les repas sont bons et variés nous avions beaucoup de choix.
On peut venir séjourner en famille et se sera bien.
Une seule remarque l'heure d'arrivée (04 Pm) et de départ (09 Am) sont trop...

"Simple and clear instructions, we got assigned a suite in a high rise building in the heart of down town, with all the amenities as expected. There is no on-site reception, but instructions are sufficient, and everything was very smooth. The support team was responsive and quick via SMS and emails. Given the reasonable prices, the great suites and all the amenities, I would highly recommend!"
