"Not.our best visit Lamp in living area didn’t work TV in living area only received 10 channels Bathroom door is messed up, hard to close Staff was as nice as always. No breakfasts or obvious benefits despite being a silver member. 10th night in a month. Parking has security on site. Close to Airport and shopping Hopefully the fall visit brings the ratings up"

"This property is beautiful! It has the old fancy feel but fresh and clean. Very helpful staff. We were able to checkin early and check out late. It was a busy place but all the more exciting. It added to our short stay in Toronto and we will definitely stay here again."
