"This place was a gem! Wonderful area and the hotel perfectly fits the vibe. The room was very clean and well-equipped and the contactless options for check-in made things easy. The restaurant/cafe downstairs had lots of options for both the morning and the evening and they are just steps away from many other restaurants and shops as well. Close to transit if you need to get downtown or anywhere else in the city. Highly recommend this hotel!

"We originally booked a superior King Suite. Prior to our arrival we were upgraded to the Penthouse suite. This was a pleasant surprise. While the gesture was appreciated, the suite we were given was two floors with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs.
We stayed for two nights and after the first night the stairs became more of a nuisance than a bonus as they were steep steps and a little slippery. We would have preferred one floor in the end. As we were not asked and just given this room...

"Good location near Roger’s Centre and street cars. Only issue we had was opening locked box to get the key and had to walk back to the facility to place key in the room. Locked box is located two blocks from apartment. If catching an early morning flight placing key back in box may be a risk to the individual. Staff was easy to contact by text during the day but at 3 am trying to catch a flight may be a different story when locked box is difficult to open. TV remote batteries were dead we...

"I stayed here for a business trip and had a great experience. The suite had a very calming atmosphere, I slept better and longer than I usually do. I especially loved the coffee maker, which made it easy to prepare coffee before heading out each morning. The suite was exceptionally clean, and the host was very friendly and made sure everything was ready before my arrival. Check-in was smooth, and the staff clearly explained the checkout process.
