"The room is clean and the location is pretty convenient. However, the toilet has some problems and the fridge is broken."

"Clean room, great staff, amazing quality breakfast, and a laundry service for minimal fee."

"Clean rooms, amazing breakfast, great location"

"The room was clean, a good size, and the staff were helpful. Good location. Family oriented. The Elm Tavern Restaurant was good. Drawbacks: the in room air conditioning didn't work (the hallways were good). During the fall and winter, the in room HVAC system appears to be only capable of producing warm air. Had to keep the sliding deck door open during the day. When closed at night it got pretty warm inside. Also, our room had no microwave (had to use one in the lobby - we were on the 22nd...

"Breakfast is horrible- seems like re-heated items. Rooms are not that clean as there was some mold in the bathroom and on the ceiling."

"I thought it'll be a nightmare coz when we got there, the lobby was quite crowded---like a uni cafeteria full of students. But everything went great. Staff we're amazing & helpful, free coffee all day, room was clean & had everything we needed, bonus was free breakfast---typical selection, but not too shabby."

"Always amazing experience ! Staff is number one !!"

"Very impressed with the suite/room. The location is excellent and the check-in service was exceptional. Appreciated the offered me a higher floor suite."

"Room was clean and inviting. Hotel is still under construction in some areas but the floor and lobby were complete. Basement breakfast room was not ready but was still able to provide a buffet-style breakfast nonetheless. Staff was friendly and courteous. Close to amenities and the airport."

"Room smells,, not"
