"This was a fantastic place to stay for a night. We took a 2nd class train from Siena the night before our flight home. The train stopped right infront of the complex. There are two hotels - we stayed in at Fiero 2 which you get to by walking the overpass but it's litterly 50 meters away. The check in was fast and easy, the room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The service was also fantastic. "Showers flooded our first room poorly designed showers that don't drain properly doors didn’t close flooded the bathroom. Body wash was almost empty in our second room since we had to leave the first room. Bed in the first room very hard basically a box spring. They did accommodate us to a new room but same issue with the shower. "The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff were great, our beds were made and we get clean towels everyday.Concierge was extremely helpful and the location is perfect. They have an excellent rooftop bar restaurant and we had the best meals of our lives. Love staying at this hotel for 3 nights and it was very close to the main train station, and also all the popular spots within walking distance . If we ever come back to Rome again, we will be staying here. "

"The hotel was very clean and classy from first impressions, to professional check in and finding our room filled with so much character, high ceilings, huge bed and all the extras.
