"The hotel is great! I was apprehensive about the size of the rooms but I was pleasantly surprised. They are adequate and not claustrophobic. The vibe of the hotel is nice and everything was clean. The area is very walkable to soho and covent, the area has some homeless people around but I felt overall safe as a solo female traveler. Also have the tube station right out your door was a major plus."

"I didn't see the staff much, because we really didn't need them much. It was a pretty self-sustainable place to stay. You have to do your own laundry, but that wasn't an issue because the cost was great and the place was very clean. It was a comfortable stay!"

"The staff was excellent. They brought my bags to my room and escorted me there when my room was ready. There is no elevator and my room was on the top floor. The hotel is definitely quirky. The lobby had a beautiful real christmas tree and there were a few different sitting rooms throughout the ground level all decorated. I had a single room and the bed was super comfortable. I had plenty of room. There was a robe and a mini bar. The toilet was an actual wood throne. The location was excellent,...

"Well furnished and good sized bedroom (1) with modern en suite shower room. Staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Good location for pubs/bars/restaurants."

"A very sweet room. We asked for a quiet room so we had a view from 9th floor. Most of the time it was quite. Sometimes we could hear running water or steps from other rooms. Two first mornings the water in the shower was not hot at all. Staff tried to help. It was great at our last morning,staff gave us refund"
