"Property is just as described, the hotel itself is beautiful, very small!!!! It’s relaxing but service was very poor.
We constantly got ignored, we didn’t have the best vibes from the staff besides the host at ballena view restaurant and the chef at the Japanese restaurant. We tipped so well too which was even more sad because knowing so many people there do not tip at all, we felt like the workers just don’t want to be there. They rarely smile, they see you need something and go the other way. If it’s your first time traveling to Cabo you may think it’s great if you have nothing else to compare it to. I will not return. Service is everything and this place needs to train their employees to make the guests feel welcome and attended to."
