"Staff were great. This is an older hotel that was very busy with families. Reasonably priced with good food options if traveling with kids. Personally I would not stay here again."

The room smelled awful, and the carpet was absolutely filthy. We walked in and walked right back out—we went to another hotel"

"Do not book here. I am traveling back W with my recent college grad and this was going to be our first layover. I did one loop in the parking lot and left immediately. The fact that the majority of the residential blocks are burned out/boarded up brick row houses (even the church was boarded up and broken into) should be a clue. There were 6 cars in the parking lot, one of which was occupied by a dude using drugs. The ground floor room directly to the left of the main entrance had it's blinds...

"The Property is full of old world charm and very well maintained with all the major amenities provided. The manager was extremely informative regarding dining, entertainment and tourist options. Location is very close to theatre district but be prepared to travel a bit further to if you want multiple dining options. Property has dedicated street parking but can get busy on Fri and Sat nights due to theatre traffic, however, the manager was very helpful in reserving or securing spots for us so no...

"The bathroom door looked like it lost a fight with a dog; there were handprints on the wall; they had to shut the water off in our room for a few hours, then needed to get into our room while we were there so they could work on the sink (which hadn’t been giving us any trouble); only one of the three outlets by the bed worked; we asked for a king sized bed but got two doubles—when we pushed them together, there were dead bugs under the bed (thankfully NOT bedbugs). "Genuinely the worst place I've ever stayed at don't advertise a hottub in pictures than have it cemented over waste of money and the showers and toilets don't work for squat tried to shower on 3 separate days and each day the shower would only produce water drops here and there barely enough to fill a small cup all in all never coming back highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a truthful experience"
