"The staffs are super friendly and helpful. The biulding overall is clean. Except for a few spots in the room, like behind the sliding barn door for the bathroom."

"This was a great room. I was hesitant because of bad reviews, but it was great. Every staff member I came across was helpful and friendly. Stella, the puppy was adorable and no bother at all. The room/bathroom was clean and nice. I did remove the comforter from the bed as it was stained, but obviously had been cleaned. I would definitely stay here again."
