"A great hidden gem especially for those traveling on a budget. NYC has great restaurants but that can get expensive so the cooking facilities are a tremendous asset. The patio, bar/ lounge, pool table are all great amenities"

"The room was private and lovely! The bathrooms were a bit tight but I 10/10 recommend staying here. Amazing location as well! "

"The staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. The shared spaces (kitchens, bathrooms) we're always clean. I didn't get to experience the open backyard space, but I'm sure it falls right in line with the other shared spaces. The room I rented was very clean too. The only standout was the armoire - it was getting of age and not able to hold my clothes on hangers as it was shifting sideways to fall/collapse. I recommend this place for solo travels, especially last minute travels that...
