Cari Hotel di Town of Greenburgh

"Was ok front desk men was very nice"

"Breakfast on weekends"

"It didn't say on the properties website that it's actually a motel, and the motel itself was very unsafe and dirty. The washroom was renovated, which is a benefit, but for the rest, there were sticky floors, and we were not taking off our shoes because it was very dirty."

"There are only 3 pillows on each bed and they are half the size of a regular twin pillow. Also there are only three towels in the room while it was reserved for 4 people."

"Rooms are incredibly comfortable with a seating room to relax in."

"It’s just ok.nothing special Nothing terrible"

"We checked in A water pipe broke No a/c No tv Hallway and hotel smelled terrible No answers when it will be fixed No manager on duty So far no compensation offered me and when I asked they said maybe they will give me 15000 miles for a 3 night stay which cost 60000 miles per night 180000 miles"

"The staff was amazing, we had some issues with the TV and the connection but nothing that didnt allow the tv to work. We saw halloween movies and stuff jsut were not able to watch Netflix, which is fine. The staff was out of this work nice and accomedating. Need to send Ms. Maria some flowers and goodies for helping us out."

"Brand new space. Our room was so clean!! Smelled clean. The location is perfect and walkable to restaurants, bars, grocery store. The game room was so much fun. Our host was the absolute best. Excellent communication from start to finish. Excited to return."

"Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected."
