"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"I arrived on an early flight so there were no rooms available when I got there. The 2 front desk staff didn’t even take their eyes off their computer screens and look at me. I was told I could try and come back at 2 and see if there was a room, or even 1pm if I wanted to pay for it. They were extremely rude and not welcoming at all. "Fantastic hotel off Times Square but in a great location. Easy to access surrounding restaurants and the bar-restaurant attached to the hotel was great too. Room was spacious and very modern."

"The hotel is in a great location right in the center of Times Square. My room was well appointed with floor to ceiling windows. The only thing lacking was a good restaurant. I would suggest venturing out to avoid the overpriced sub par food at the restaurant in the hotel. "

Upon entering the so called luxury hotel with a patio it was very clear the only luxury part was the entrance. Our room was disgusting. "The room was clean, but there was no mini bar. There was no robes those were supposed to be in the room so that’s false advertisement for the free breakfast. You can only pick either a sandwich or a fruit you cannot have both no one came change the sheets there was only One towel and one cloth thank God I brought my own The room was very small. "The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel and rooms clean. Very minimal, just necessities. Lobby was good to hang out in, bar was good. Not enough signage about evebts in Lobby with clear times. Incredible location. Close to everything. "
