"We tried to check in early due to an early flight. They could not accommodate and asked us to wait a couple hours. She said she would call me. We sat in the lobby then started noticing they were giving rooms to those that can way after us. I stood in line again and I let them know others were getting room and I’ve been waiting. Waiting line? No consideration I was waiting for hours. I was then able to get a room after speaking up. The water refill stations weren’t working on several floor.s. The bathroom was very small and room was also, but serves its purpose. We needed to check in our bags due to flight not leaving till the evening. I recommend you do it earlier than check out time as it took us 35-40 minutes in a line to do so. Only one person assisting and they would not give him help to make this line go faster. Last but not least, there is a wait to take the elevator 5-15 mins. for floors above 14. No organization and people cut in front of you. This was unfortunate and unexpected, but it occurred every day during our 5 night stay. Try to get a lower floor if you can. They have a different set of elevators and there was no wait for those. Hopes this helps."
