"First check in was slow. I asked about the shuttle for the next morning to be told it doesn’t run on Mondays and Tuesday won’t be starting until 11am. I had asked about a 4am shuttle. Next I was told about the breakfast starting at 6.30 am? The towels and linens were clean and fresh but the toilet was not. No hot water that evening but there was the next morning. A/C was noisy and didn’t seem to work other than to blow warm air. It was quiet on the sixth floor. First and last time for me."

"Our room wasn't very clean. There were large stains on the sitting chair and small stains and dirty grout on the floor in the bathroom. The shower drain didn't work well and there was a lack of deep cleaning. Some positives, the staff was helpful, beds were comfortable, room was quiet. "

I didnt eat breakfast but it smelled amazing and was available til 10 am. Easy quick checkins both stays. Now, the Bad...Workout room has 3 machines and a weight station. "Parking was well lit and there was plenty of space. It was raining when we arrived and I was thankful we could unload near the door and not get our luggage wet. The luggage racks were right there and easy to use. For the price of the hotel it was clean and mostly quiet. I could hear other doors shut happened twice. But the doors were heavy. It didn't bother me or wake me up. My boys both enjoyed the hot huge waffles at breakfast. I was thankful there was coffee and I didn't have to drive...
