"This was my second stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham and both times everything was consistently excellent. I especially like the shuttle from the SYR airport. I have mobility issues and the accessible bathroom with multiple grab bars throughout are invaluable. Having complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash saves me the the time, trouble, and expense o shopping for these liquid necessities that are not allowed on the plane.The bed is super comfy, the sheets and blankets are sparkling...

"The staff was fantastic. We had a problem with the AC in our room and they moved us to another room very quickly. The hotel went through recent renovations and it looks great. Breakfast was also good. Pricing is very reasonable. Totally will recommend it."

"I had no light switch in the room had no idea how to turn the lights on and then when I figured out there is no main switch only two small lights worked. The big light in the middle did not work. The phone on that same power source was not working either. The room was very warm when I got there and it took a few hours to cool down and was not the most comfortable. In all honesty I also did not report any of this until I checked out."

"If you want a quiet stay, this isn’t the place to go. People talking loud at midnight, two and four in the morning. We did call the front desk, but they enforced nothing. Had a bad experience 2 weeks ago with them giving someone keys to our room at two in the morning. They did take care of that so we decided to try again. Barely any sleep 2 of the 3 nights we were there. I guess you get what you pay for. We won’t be staying there again!"
