"Pool is green . Rooms are dirty and beyond livable even for moments . Requested a refund after paying due to dried blood on lamp shade roaches on the floor . Mirror hanging from door and tub brown in color from some kind of stain . Was told at the front desk I would get a refund then later company emailed me saying I would not with an explanation of nothing was going on in hotel . Which was not my complaint was the people prior to me checking in complaining of being approached by someone...

"The room was clean and comfortable. It was equipped with a microwave and small refrigerator, which made my 5 day stay easier. However, there was no maid service during my stay - including no trash service."
