Aquarius on the Beach
The hotel was in a great spot on the strand. Handy to restaurants and pubs. Great views of the beach and Maggie island. The staff were friendly. The rooms need some maintenance paint new bathroom and furniture. Price was good.

Rambutan Resort
We were in Townsville for 3 nights to attend a rugby league game at Queensland Country Bank Stadium. We had flown to Townsville and so intended to walk or catch local buses for any sightseeing. This proved a great choice as we could walk to Sealink Ferry terminal to catch the ferry to Magnetic Island ...
