The complimentary coffee machine was usually out of service in the morning when you actually wanted the coffee. We arrived during the London marathon so we had to walk a bit till we reached the reception. It was noted in the elevator that the hotel could not be reached by car that day - as arriving...

"Great location, right next to a Tesco express. Flat is roomy with great kitchen space and facilities. Shame you can’t go onto the balcony. Main issue is room is very hot and it was only April. Hard to cool down the room. Shower was also a bit temperamental and went cold every so often. But otherwise great appartment to stay in for a couple of days!"

"I wanted to be close enough to the airport that I didn’t have to get transportation and that was the case. It was a little confusing at first when I arrived late at night in a strange airport with a lot of luggage but eventually the taxi service in the airport gave me the simple instructions as to how to find the hotel accommodations. "Terrible check in nearly 2 hrs late due to housekeeping issues. All that was needed was a text message to let us know that there has been a delay. We did eventually speak to the manager after checking in who couldn't apologise enough when she called round to see us with gifts for the inconvenience & a free late checkout & said it was her top priority to sort out housekeeping so that this never happened again.
