"The hotel is to undergo a referbishment in a months time. Our room was dreadful, with holes in the walls a television you could not watch as it was facing the ground. The furniture was very damaged"

The fix was a tower fan which was nice gesture, but ineffective and still left us uncomfortable at night. The pool and spa was nice, but at capacity at times, so we could not enjoy it."

"We loved our stay at this hotel! It is a beautiful building right in the middle of everything we wanted to see. Our rooms were very clean and nice and had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful when we checked in and held our bags until our room was ready (we got there very early in the morning) so we could go sightseeing. We ate breakfast one morning in the bar lounge area and had drinks and snacks there another night and it was very nice and great food. We did not reserve a room...

"The location of the property is great but the rooms are not good. The room was dusty and had a strange smell. The conditioner was missing in my room. There are water refill stations outside near the elevator which took forever to refill. For a 4 star hotel they charge to use an umbrella, which no other hotels do. The hotel is not worth the price "
