"Room was not in a great condition, decor was tired and grubby. Outside was unkempt and unloved. Facilities were OK, but as we were not spending a lot of time here it didn't bother us."

"Just there as a stop over whilst we attended a wedding locally but, not at the hotel itself. Very nice, clean and spacious rooms. We did bring our swimming gear but, didn't make it to the pool. We had received a message beforehand about times etc., but maybe something in the room would have helped us to organise ourselves. Breakfast nice, bar food good and staff really friendly. "Easy and very convenient to my hospital visit"

"Debra and Drew were very welcoming hosts. We used The Barn as a lauch pad to visit Chartwell and Knole. Perfect choice. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. We were spoilt for choice regarding local eateries. We chose The White Hart for dinner and it was top knotch. "

"LANGSHOTT STATEOF MIND Tudor Licious is all I can say , as whilst recumbent in my hotel room in Cannes after an early morning flight . Part of me had been. excited to leave britain the other wished I was waking slowly in the glorious four poster bed I had slept in .last night In hindsight somehow i knew it was a one of a kind hotel stay when the heavy studded door swing open onto a balcony overlooking a green algae duck.pond with two doves cooeing in contentment as the warm evening...

"Room was clean and tidy on check-in but because it was very hot the room had no AC but they supplied a fan that did nothing to keep it cool. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The bar was well stocked and had all the drinks I needed. Breakfast was delicious and being a vegetarian the vegan full breakfast even included my favourite vegan black sausage. We had dinner in the restaurant which excellent and the waiting staff were attentive."
