"This is a beautiful newly updated hotel. Quiet and convenient. The only issue we had was figuring out how to get to the entrance - both Apple Maps and Google Maps gave incorrect directions (likely due to airport construction). Definitely eat at the rooftop restaurant- we watched a beautiful sunset over the Nashville skyline."

"We were supposed to pay when we arrived & they charged us hours before then. Breakfast was beyond minimal. The staff was very friendly to the gentleman in front of us, giving him lots of choices & small talk. "Power was out for half of the room, including the bathroom. Staff said "nothing we can do" as it was it across the 2nd floor. No effort was made to correct, follow-up, or touch base.
Good location, but poor communication and seemly no sense of urgency by a short staffed property. Desk agent was often moving through trying to fix and work with guests, but no other coverage. Meaning no one at the front desk or answering calls."

"The price is what made the place good. We just needed a place to stay for 1 night. The place was pretty clean, the neighborhood is good and free parking.
If I were staying longer than one night it would not have been as good. I have to base the review on the price I paid. Had it been more then it would not have been worth it. The bed was very uncomfortable, hardly any water pressure for showers.
If you need a cheap place to crash for a day it works, if you are staying longer and need good...
