The Beach Haus Resort

"Beds comfortable-pillows just ok, great shower water pressure, beach set-up w/ fire pit excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. View was spectacular!! Room was on exterior of building so had a lot of road noise. (The interior rooms are booked directly thru hotel.) They provided a noise machine that might help some people but was annoying to us."

"Nice large room, beautiful views from balcony, pool and hot tub were large and very well maintained. Box Breakfast was a new twist, I've had better more substantial breakfasts at other places, but it was adequate. I might suggest a different brand of OJ as it was poor. Only other ding I would give property is put an ice machine on the 3rd floor, as well as one one each wing of each floor. It's nuts to make the guest go from the 3rd floor, down to the 2nd floor then over to the south wing for ice, or worse - to the 1st floor in the laundry room. Would stay again if rate was appealing."

"Staff was awesome and room was clean. Can't say enough about the staff. Very helpful. Room 120 however was next to the icemaker in the lall and the door is not sound proofed so heard the ice machine being run all night long and people loudly talking in the hall. Don't get room 120 for sure. Amenities however were lacking. Pool was cold and uncomfortable for swimming in. Hot tub only has a ladder so orhopedically challenged people like myself can't get in and out easily. So I opted to not use it for safety sake. Steps to beach are also not easy for handicapped people either. So I was not able to sit on beach. If your just looking for place to sleep or can easily climb steps and ladders then maybe a good choice for you. For me not so much."

"We enjoyed our stay in a 3rd floor balcony room with lake view. The staff were friendly and helpful and the lounge/restaurant was a welcome addition. Our room was clean and comfortable."

"Coffee at the breakfast area was mediocre and served in the small cups like in the room so kind of a let down. The bed was not comfortable however the room and bathroom were very well kept and clean and those 2 things were important. Overall a good experience but we wouldn't give 5 stars unless perfection. Thank you. 😊"

"A beautiful space so close to downtown. It was perfect in every. The bed was super comfortable. We will definitely seek out more Boardwalk properties for our future vacations."
