"Great location, transportation near by, a lot of restaurants near by. Area is safe despite seeing homeless people around. But is SFO and is everywhere. Do not panic. Hotel is old but well maintained. Beds very comfortable. Parking lot a little price but is the area. I will book it for sure again"

"Loved staying here. Clean room, clean lobby. Helpful, friendly staff. The bartender wasn’t my favorite but there’s a great dive bar down the street and lots of other places to drink in the city. Planning another stay soon."

"All of the staff were especially kind and helpful. I had lost my ball cap, and they actually found it and got it back to me. The rooms were very clean, the housekeeping was excellent. Even the breakfast went quite smoothly, even though there are hundreds of people in this hotel."

"The room & bathroom were all clean & very comfortable. I booked a Bay View room & the view was beautiful! I could watch planes going into the airport but there was no noise in my room from them. There's a nice restaurant behind the hotel & a walking trail with wonderful scenery. You could also see San Francisco across the bay. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room cool enough. I enjoyed sitting in the desk chair at the window to watch activities in the Bay, which included someone sailboarding & a few boats. The staff was friendly & check-in/check-out was smooth. There is a bar with limited hours to order food, which is why I chose to go to the restaurant nearby. I did get to watch one of the World Cup games in the bar with other guests. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the San Francisco area."

"The property is a bit older. But you can't beat the views! The housekeeping staff were exceptional. The gym was good enough. Indoor pool looked well taken care of. There is a good little coffee kiosk in walking distance. I will stay here again."
