Fantastic location (with an amazing Lake view).
The breakfast in this hotel is next level. The staff are super helpful and the rooms are extremely clean and tidy. My family loved it and we will always stay here when visiting San Francisco."

"We are local residents and booked this hotel primarily to use the Topgolf Swing Suite. Unfortunately, we received conflicting information about its availability. In the evening, we were told it was closed, but the next morning we were informed that it only operates in the evenings. Since this was one of the main reasons for our stay, it was disappointing.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were generally friendly. However, there was only one set of towels in the room...

"I would not park and fly from this hotel again. I would have had to wait an hour for the return shuttle. They do not come every half hour. Took an uber for 22$ instead to get to my car . Overcharging on parking when I could get it for 11$ a day down the street at the Dylan. Not happy about that. I will stay at the Dylan next time I fly"
