"I had to call a staff member on a house phone to come down to the lobby. That took 10 minutes because the member was cleaning rooms. The interior and exterior of the building desperately is in need of upgrades and paint. It was so bad that we could only stay one night."

"We stayed here for one night on a trip. The room was clean-ish, but it was recently poorly renovated and there was a lot of construction debris, the bathroom door was hung wrong and didn't shut, and the sofa bed was like sleeping on bare springs. The breakfast was good and well stocked. If you need a spot to sleep, the Hilton beds are always comfortable. But the overall feel was a bit neglected and poorly redone."

"We stayed here on our travels and the room was clean and the bed was comfy. The king sized bed was nice. But, for a Hampton Inn, this one needs to be updated with some TLC. Everything was run down from the elevator to the windows and banged up doors and furniture in the room. It was close to a few restaurants and that was convenient. "Clean room. Quiet good nights sleep."

"The property needed serious updates. The roof leaked water into the room in 3 places and actually shorted out the bathroom ceiling fan. Carpets were stained, drywall needed work, (fire?) corridor doors were wedged/tied open. Outside entryway doors were not secure. Good news was the shower had great water pressure."
