"Check in process needs improved. Room should have been ready at 3 but it wasn't. So after 4 I asked again and they were able to put us in a different room (same type) that was ready. I'm not sure why they didn't do this in the first place. Also, right at prime check in time between 3-4 pm, 2 out of the 3 front desk workers left/went on break leaving Grace alone. "Beautiful grounds and beach view and stay on Kalapakī Bay. Helpful staff all with the Aloha Spirit. Many great restaurants and coffee shops close by. Room had a balcony with a gorgeous view of the pool, beach and bay. Hotel provided many activities for all ages."
