"Spa was great and staff were lovely but the room was in need of some tlc there was holes in the wall from previous fixings and the shower head was covered in mildew and limescale. The breakfast cost £15 per person and when it arrived to the table it looked nothing like a £15 breakfast which was a disappointing end to the stay unfortunately"

"Husband and I have just stayed here for a week with our big puppy and can honestly say the place is so beautiful, Jo and her husband have done a fantastic job with the pod and making it so homely inside. The pod had everything available from bed linen, towels, tea towels, cooking equipment, utensils, toaster, microwave , iron, ironing board, hair dryer, books, log burning fire and more. "The swimming pool is out of order at the moment. was not notified of this when booking only a couple of days before I arrived. I was allocated room 56. Make sure you don’t get this room unless there is a heatwave. It was so cold that I had to ask to be moved during the night. The radiator does not appear to work in the room. I stayed for 3 nights, two of which had road closures outside the hotel . On the Sunday the road was closed from 7 am to 1 pm so could not leave unless you walked - and...

"Rooms clean, gym had everything for a usual gym goer, food was really good, but pricy but you get what you pay for. Staff were polite, weren’t always present at the bar or on reception but when they were there they really friendly. Rooms weren’t very soundproof but didn’t matter too much. Jacuzzi was really nice. Overall, would reccomend and visit again. "

"Well from the welcome to the last minute we could not fault this place. Location fantastic with great views of the River Dee. All the staff weee super friendly even the manager/owner! We checked in slightly early at 13:30pm, had a couple of drinks in the bar to then later on having evening meal all fab. Plenty of choice on the menu and delicious.. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The shower super powerful. Sockets either side of the bed as well. The breakfast was really good...

"Double room with nice views of the sea and Little Orme. We’ve stayed here a few times, and recommend booking a sea or Orme view at the front. Bathroom was small, and with a shower over the bath. Would prefer walk in shower as my 81 year old hubby has recently had an artificial knee. Nice selection of shampoos, conditioners etc. Breakfast and dinner were very nice, with the usual menu of a J W Lees pub/hotel. Plenty of parking…just make sure you fill in your registration details at...
