"I just simply cannot believe how wonderful this hotel was! Everything was meticulously clean and the landscaping was beautiful! The casitas were well stocked. They provided water bottles and even a pitcher of iced tea upon our arrival. The service here is top notch. The check in process was easy and they explained everything about the property and escorted us to our casita and explained even more. Usually we’re driving each other nuts by the end of the week, but the fact that everyone had their own space was great! Kevin met us at check-in to show us around the home, explained how the appliances worked, and was super responsive to any questions we had throughout the week. "It is a dated building, which is ok but it should be kept cleaner. We got an ocean front room but there was trash and debris clearly in view on the rooftops and canopies below our room. It is very unappealing. The elevators too are poorly kept, dark and dirty. There was no microwave oven so we could not heat any leftover food from our dining throughout the week. These are very simple things that should be expected from a hotel in this price-point."

"Property was in a perfect location. Close to shops, restaurants and 600 ft to the beach. They do have a golf cart that goes back and forth but takes two minutes to walk there. They have beach chairs and someone works there to keep and eye out and will remove things if you leave for an extended period. Everyone was super helpful, highly recommended!"
