"I had a really rough trip bringing my disabled daughter to see her grandpa. It was a 4 hour drive each way. By the time I got settled in I was exhausted. The front desk clerk (I wish I had gotten her name) was so kind, helpful & got us checked in quickly. We ordered room service and the food was very good. Hailey from room service went above and beyond, quickly bringing a spoon to me when I had forgotten to ask for one for my daughter who has to have her food puréed. My daughter could not get...

"Hotel was really great in general, the breakfast is one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel, they had a maid to order omelette bar. Pool was good and hot tub. The only issue during my stay was that the elevators weren’t working on and off"

"Bathroom toilet gave issue the entire time we were there staff told us to make sure toilet string was attached like we are maintenance, breakfast was decent but certain things like waffle maker didn’t work and had to ask for help for the juice are to work as well. "
