"We had stayed there many years ago when it was a bed and breakfast. It's a lot worse for wear. Our room had no space for a suitcase and there wasn't a single hook to hang anything. No one is on site to manage the premises so if you need something you have to wait a day for it to arrive."

Although I had already paid in advance through a third-party site (Expedia), she repeatedly called me and insisted that I needed to pay her directly. I do not understand why this happened, but it was stressful and unprofessional. It felt like she was collecting unnecessary personal information and...
