"The hotel is dated and a bit rundown. There are renovations going on, but there was no excessive noise from the renovations on the 9th floor in the room."

"Property is very nice and clean. Amenities are perfect and can host family and friends. Only issue I had was Internet with my unit. My host was The Bay Suites, they communicated effectively but couldn’t resolve the internet issue in my unit"

"Overall, the place is okay. The rooms are clean, but the issue is in the details. I always check the bed first, since that’s often the least clean part. Unfortunately, I found stains and hairs on the bedsheet and pillowcases, which made it impossible for me to sleep on. I tried contacting the host by email, but they didn’t respond quickly. Eventually, I reached them via WhatsApp. They told me no one could change the sheets right away and that I’d have to wait until the next morning. When I said...

"Very wonderful place. Only 2 issues. I felt the room needed a phone to contact the front desk and I wish we were notified about the construction on the street in front of the building (which made it a little hard to find if you're unfamiliar with the area). Besides that, most things are in walking distance, the rooms were clean and well kept and the staff was very friendly and helpful"

"Check in was brutal, thhey didn’t get us checked in till 6pm we sat outside for two hours with all our luggage, and they were no towels for us no toilet paper. Called host didn’t bring us towels or toilet paper till next day. Check out day the cleaning lady stole my sun glasses I have it on a video of them sitting there come back to the room after few moments and cleaning lady is gone so are my glasses. Never ever again book with these guys"
