"The room was very clean even though it wasn’t the most modern, the spa was superb. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel felt like an oasis of calm. Very glad I chose HdF for my stay in Jersey"
"The hotel is nice albeit a little bit dated. Staff are helpful, rooms were ok for what we needed. A small gripe would be not being able to get a drink after the breakfast room has closed until the bar opens at 12. We had to walk into town to get a coffee. Fortunately we didn’t mind the walk!"
"Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Positioned right on the harbour and close to public transport. This B & B has single rooms! The main down side was no lift and had to climb quite a few stairs. A suggestion would be to use a top sheet as the duvet was too hot. Staff were friendly and always helpful."
"Friendly hotel despite being large, the staff were brilliant throughout. The room was clean and can be cleaned every day. It was a family friendly hotel, although I would look at the suitability of Jersey for a young family. The swimming pool facilities were good, indoor / outdoors. Excellent breakfast, dinner paid separately was also excellent. Great location, easy walk into the centre of St Helier.
Everything seemed well organised."
