"Bed was super uncomfortable, small fridge in room didn’t work, elevators were janky. It was ok for a few nights. Water an extremely hot which as nice! "

"The room was clean and comfortable but the check in process was extremely slow. There was a conference at the hotel which I was not notified about so there was a lot of drilling noise, the pool was closed and the lobby area was busy. The room service meal was terrible and delivered in a takeout container. You’d be better off ordering from a food delivery service. Wouldn’t stay again due to service."

"Natalie at the front desk is amazing. We returned because of the great customer service that was provided by Natalie. Rooms are clean and comfortable. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfasts is great. Many options to choose from. Family friendly. I reserved two rooms for my family of 8. Pool is heated and clean. Over all it’s been a great experience the both time that we been there. Thank you"

"At check in the staff was wonderful the room was clean. The beds where not comfortable at all the pillows are very thin and so are the floors our upstairs neighbors had a bunch of kids that were up all night running around it sound like they were having a dance party all night long with no adult present it really sucked it ruined my second night I couldn't get any sleep. Did not eat breakfast there were not a lot of options pork sausage powder eggs biscuits and gravy and that was it"

"Pictures were misleading. It showed that my room would have a couch for our third guest upon check in found out that was not the case and the 3 of us had to share a king or pay an upcharge. There was no garbage can besides the very small one in the bathroom or microwave in the room either. "
