"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute sehr genossen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnlich freundliche, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Personal. Man wird stets mit einem Lächeln begrüßt und fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – perfekt, um Palma zu erkunden. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man die Stadt ganz entspannt...

"It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back."

"The triple room was very small with no balcony - we ended up paying to upgrade. Also the pool is in an orangery (with slide open doors and pull back roof) which I think isn’t made too clear. But otherwise it was lovely"

"Very lovely hotel, so clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely and walking distance to the old town. Only things to be mindful of is the rooftop pool is overlooked by apartments so there is no view. It didn’t ruin it for us though. A lovely place to stay!"

"Nice hotel, room was basic but did the job. Probably in need of an upgrade soon. The two areas for improvement; Breakfast - no gluten free options Noise - for the 3 night stay, I was woken every night by noise outside ( I was on the 5th floor) and by drilling at 7am on a Friday morning on the pavement. Staff very friendly though and overall a decent option for a short break"

"The rooms are slightly old fashioned but very clean. We also saw a few cockroaches in the lobby during our stay which wasn’t nice. But a nice hotel overall with a nice pool"

"Breakfast was quite varied but disappointed with the tea and coffee. There is no barista style coffee and waiters bring a pot of coffee (bad coffee in my opinion). If you would like an English tea then there is no cold milk for this and it is very difficult to find someone who understands and then you to wait a very long time if you ask a waiter for something. More self service would be better in my opinion rather than waiting for staff to get it. There is a useful bus route (No. 4) close to...
